All the materials were pumped up from the ground floor, as the logistics made using ready-mix an impossibility. A big thank you to our material supplier, MP Moran and Sons, for the ‘just-in-time sand bags deliveries here. All screeds were laid over an 8 mm regupol sound matt, and installed with a maximum 1 mm tolerance, to allow for furniture and door sets.
