In 2002 we were involved in the re-development of Erith Town Centre for Careys PLC in the construction of 48 flats, both private and social housing. Our responsibilities included the installation of all party walls and sound limiting details to conform to the recently introduced Part E, (transfer of sound), regulations.

We subsequently secured the internal partitioning and ceilings finishing of all flats. We were also involved in the fit out and fire protection to many of the commercial units that were to be sold or rented, which included the supply and installation of a ‘Luxalon’ metal tile ceiling to the main shopping area.
